All abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Abstract Submission Requirements:

Eligible abstracts must meet the following criteria:

 

1.    Original research, review articles, systematic reviews, and case reports are welcomed.

2.    The study must be conducted in Jordan and involve Jordanian patients.

3.    For review papers, at least one author must be affiliated with Jordan, clearly indicated in the affiliation section.

4.    There are no restrictions on the publication date.

5.    Only published works, not those merely accepted, will be considered.

6.    Abstracts must be written exclusively in good English, clearly showing the content to be presented. Length should not exceed 250 words; font should be TIMES NEW ROMAN and size to be 12.

7.    The Title has to be brief, short and describe the presentation in capital letters, not to exceed 20 words.

8.    State specific objectives of the study.

9.    State method used.

10. Summarize results obtained and conclusions reached.

11. Standard abbreviations can be used. Special or unusual abbreviations are not recommended. If otherwise necessary, the latter should be placed in parenthesis after the first appearance of the full word, except for unit symbols. Numeral rather than words may be used to indicate numbers.

12. References are not required for abstract submission.

13. The author’s names have to be mentioned preceded by initials. Please underline the Presenting Author of the Abstract.

14. State institutional affiliations.

15. A correspondence mailing address and name of the presenter, together with authors Email, telephone number should be included.

16. Authors will be notified regarding acceptance and the method of presentation.

17. ​ Jordanian Society of Rheumatology (JSR) members or fellows may submit any number of abstracts. However, the scientific committee will determine whether they are selected for oral or poster presentation or rejected.
