Submit your abstract to share your research and contribute to the advancement of rheumatology at the congress.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Opens: 15 April 2025

Submission Deadline: 15 September 2025

Please adhere to the following instructions:

• Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the official JSR website: www.jsr-jo.org. Abstracts sent via email or fax will not be accepted.

• Submissions should be in clear, concise English, accurately reflecting the content to be presented.

• The abstract length must not exceed 250 words with the set to Times New Roman, size 12.

• The title should be brief, descriptive, in capital letters, and no longer than 20 words, providing an overview of the presentation.

• Author’s names should be listed with initials, and the presenting author must be underlined.

• Include the corresponding author’s address, email, and telephone number.

• Indicate institutional affiliations.

• The abstract should cover the following sections: the objective of the study, materials and methods, a summary of results, and conclusions.

• Standard abbreviations may be used; avoid uncommon ones unless necessary. In such cases, the full term should be written out with the abbreviation in parentheses on the first mention, except for unit symbols. Use numerals for numbers instead of writing them out.

• References are not required for abstract submissions.

• Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously.

• Author’s will be notified of acceptance and the method of presentation.
